Lesson 1 - Exploration


Your learning objectives include:

  2. Describe how your project supports your organisation's strategy.
  3. Analyse who your stakeholders are and create a plan to boost their level of support and unlock any negative behaviours.

Lesson 3 - Purpose Statement


Your learning objectives -include:

  1. Describe your goal and purpose.
  2. Establish a shared goal and purpose statement by involving the relevant stakeholders.
  3. Recognise the difference between a statement of basic actions and an effective, aspirational purpose statement.



Lesson 8 - Risk

Your learning objectives include:

  1. Distinguish between a risk, an issue and an assumption, and understand the relationship between them.
  2. Identify and assess the key risks to your project using a structured cause–event–effect framework.
  3. Plan and run a risk identification workshop, establish a live risk register, and put in place a risk management process for the initiation phase and beyond.
